Q: Are backups performed for user data? How often?
A:

Backups are run nightly. A rotating copy of one weekly and one monthly backup is retained as well. While backups are performed automatically, clients are strongly urged to retain local copies of all of their files in the event a backup cannot be restored for whatever reason (corrupted or incomplete backup, datestamp that does not match the requested backup, and so on).

Q: Do I have access to update my site 24 hours per day?
A:

Absolutely. Your site is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year (366 in a leap year!)

Q: Do you offer a money back guarantee?
A:

Yes. If you are unsatisfied for any reason during the first 30 days as a GeckoHost customer, we will cancel your account and refund your hosting fees. Domain registration, custom programming, website design and other services are nonrefundable, without exception.
