do I cancel my account? |

Cancellation
requests can be made by emailing cancellations@geckohost.com
or via our helpdesk @ http://support.geckohost.com/helpdesk
All fees paid for service to the point of cancellation
are nonrefundable. Cancellations made within 30
days of initial service are subject to the Geckohost
30-day guarantee and will result in a refund of
fees paid. All fees paid for domain registrations,
custom programming, site design or other services
are nonrefundable, without exception. |

How
soon will my account be setup and ready to use? |
| A: |
New
account requests are processed in the order they
are received. After receiving our welcome email
which contains login informaiton, you can upload
your site to the server. Domain registration/updating
generally takes longer than account setup (usually
48-72 hours) and it is highly recommended to have
your site ready to go before your domain transfers
to our servers. |
