Over the weekend, there were several DDOS (distributed denial of
service) attacks against a particular server located at the Peak 10 data center.
Unfortunately, the DDOS was sophisticated and required a null-route of the IP subnet where
one of our servers resided. For customers on this server who manage their own DNS (do not use
ns.geckohost.net and ns2.geckohost.net), they will be unable to access their sites until their
DNS is updated. These customers will need to update their IP address from 63.247.137.230 to
63.247.143.10. Please submit a support ticket or email support@geckohost.com for further assistance.
